Project Early Kindergarten - Early Reading First (PEK-ERF) 2006-2010
  • In September 2006, Saint Paul Public Schools was awarded a second three-year Early Reading First grant to serve another segment of the preschool population in Saint Paul, with a no-cost extension through September 2010.
  •  PEK-ERF continues to improve the quality and intensity of literacy services while collaboration with community partners to implement programming practices that are sustainable at the end of each funding cycle.
